Mobile Cupping

One of my favorite ways to stimulate dense feeling connective (fascia) or scar tissue. The pulling sensation is such a relief on overworked taut muscles, combined with movement helps bring life back to those "stuck" overworked areas.

The idea is to introduce new ways of movement to areas that are

a.) lacking ROM

b.) stuck in one plane of motion due to repetitive stress, restrictive scar tissue etc.

The cups flush the area with blood (nutrients) - areas that have been guarded or underused will likely have inadequate blood flow due to not pumping and releasing the muscle with MOVEMENT 💪 I love using cups for conditions like frozen shoulder for this reason. Helps supplement what the tissues need in a more passive fashion without forcing the client to overdo themselves in flexed position.
